How to obtain the documents
Both the documents and your details are treated confidentially. The level of information increases as negotiations progress.
Form
On the project page, you enter details of your company and confirm the confidentiality undertaking. We pass the request on to Jan Holický.
Initial documents
Jan Holický sends you the first level of documents, usually within a working day. For Kralupy, the introductory information opens right after you send the form. The template letter of intent (LOI) can be downloaded on the project page.
Full documentation
Once the LOI is signed, we provide access to the full documentation: studies, design documents, expert reports, the land registry extract and more.
