What data we process: name, Company ID and registered address of the entity, name, position, phone and e-mail of the representative, the stated intention, the content of the uploaded letter of intent and technical data about the submission (time, a one-way hash of the IP address, browser type).

Purposes and legal basis: handling the request for documents and negotiating the offer (steps prior to entering into a contract and legitimate interest in selling the property, Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR); documenting the confidentiality undertaking and protecting legal claims (legitimate interest, Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Retention: for the duration of negotiations and then for no longer than 3 years (to document the confidentiality undertaking).

Recipients: processors that operate the website, database and e-mail for us (hosting and e-mail service providers), bound by a data processing agreement. Where a processor processes data outside the EU, this is based on an adequacy decision or standard contractual clauses. We do not sell personal data.

Your rights: access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and the right to object; where processing is based on consent, the right to withdraw it. This website does not use cookies or similar technologies to store information in your device.

Visits are measured with our own lightweight tool without cookies: nothing is stored in your device, IP addresses are not stored, and visitors are counted per day using a one-way hash with a daily changing key, so a visitor cannot be tracked across days. We count page views, the source of the visit and use of forms. Browsers with Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control are not measured.
